Mobile Banking

Access Your Money On The Go

From checking your account balances using the UFirst Mobile Banking app to paying at a contactless pay terminal using your phone's mobile wallet, our mobile banking services are focused on giving you the power to access your money from almost anywhere. It all starts with our mobile banking app, which allows you to:

  • View real-time account balances
  • Access your transaction history
  • Make a loan payment
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Use mobile deposit to deposit a check using your device's camera
  • Set up one-time or recurring payments using Bill Pay
  • Create a budget
  • Enroll in eStatements and access your eStatements
  • Set up account alerts

You must be enrolled in UFirst's Online Banking services to utilize our mobile banking app. Once you're enrolled, you can download our app from your app store provider.

Mobile Deposit

No more stopping into a UFirst branch to deposit a check. With mobile deposit, you can deposit up to $5,000 per day ($2,500 max per check).  all you have to do is open the UFirst mobile banking app and follow these steps.

Step 1

Make sure the name that the check is written to is on the account.

Step 2

This is the important part!...Endorse the check with your signature, account number and write "For Mobile Deposit Only" (Note: some checks have a pre-printed checkbox with the words "Mobile Deposit Only" on the back - it is ok to check this box instead of writing it out).

Step 3

Open the UFirst Mobile app, select the "Deposit" icon at the bottom of the screen, then "Deposit a Check". Complete the steps using these tips!

  • Ensure your check is properly endorsed as explained above otherwise it will be rejected
  • When taking a picture of the check, place the check on a dark, non-reflective surface and flatten out the check.

Step 4

You can check the status of your deposit through the app. Status will show pending, accepted or failed. If the deposit failed, please contact us to find out why.

Our cutoff time for accepting mobile deposits is 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Deposit items received after 4:30 pm, or on non-business days, will be processed on the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Mobile Wallet

Our phones go everywhere with us. We use them to message our loved ones, post to social media, play games, and much more. Using Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can easily add your debit card to your mobile wallet and use it to make purchases online and in-person with contactless pay terminals.
