We recently updated our credit card program to better serve you, bringing enhanced security, improved online access, and new features designed to make managing your account easier.
What’s happening:
- Your new credit card was mailed around April 1
- Your old silver card stopped working on April 13
What’s new:
- Tap-to-pay (contactless) functionality
- Enhanced EMV chip security
- 24/7 cardholder service
- Real-time transaction tracking + alerts (CardHub/SpendTrack)
- eStatements available within online banking
Rewards Update:
- Your new card will use UChoose Rewards®
- SCORECARD® points can no longer be redeemed
Important reminders:
- Your card number, expiration date, and CVV are different
- Update any recurring payments or subscriptions with your new card details
- You’ll need to select a new PIN during activation
