Debit Card Disputes
Have you ever looked at your account and seen a debit card transaction you didn’t make? Don’t worry, we can help!
Possible Unauthorized Transactions Include:
- Being overcharged or double charged by a merchant
- Canceling a subscription but still getting charged
- Paying for merchandise that was never received
- Transaction(s) NOT initiated or authorized by you
- Result of counterfeit or skimmed card, data breach, or someone used your lost/stolen card
Please contact us directly at 518-324.5700. In some cases, your debit card will be shut down to prevent future transactions. You can also turn your card off directly in the UFirst mobile app if it is lost or stolen!

Lost or Stolen Card
The faster you let us know if something happens to your card, the faster we can help protect you from fraud. If your card has been lost or stolen, be sure to report it immediately. We can close the old car and make a new card instantly in our branch for you to pick up!
Here's a few things you can do:

- Use our card management tool within your mobile or online banking to turn your card off until you've found your card or can get in touch to have it blocked.
- If it's after our normal business hours, you may reach out to 877.445.0534. The afterhours line is available Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-8:30am and 24 hours on Saturday & Sunday.
