Here’s how to get started!

  • New users When on the UFirst website, click enroll, located under the online banking login box. Enter your account number, 8-digit birthday and zip code. You will then be prompted to choose a new User Id and password.
  • Issues logging in? If you don’t remember your password, you can click forgot password. You also may be locked out if you’ve tried unsuccessfully to login too many times. If that happens, contact us at 518-324-5700 option 1 or for help.
  • All logged in? Download our mobile app via the Apple or Google Play Store for convenience on the go!
  • For your Security: To ensure the safety of your online security, you may be prompted to change your Online Banking password every 180 days. 

Mobile Banking

Bank from the car (parked, of course!) or at the checkout line with our highly secure Mobile Banking App. Virtually anything you do in Online Banking, can be done through the UFirst App. Anywhere you go, you'll be connected to your accounts, making managing your finances easy as pie!

Mobile Deposit

We love seeing your smiling face, but we get that your life is busy and running to a branch just to deposit a check isn’t always convenient. You need Mobile Deposit! Save time by using your smartphone to take an image of your check and deposit it right into your UFirst account.

What you need to know

To make mobile check deposits, open your UFirst FCU Mobile Banking App and select deposit on your iPad, iPhone or Android device. From there, simply choose where you want to deposit the check, enter the amount and snap a pic. It’s that easy! But just in case, we’ve come up with some frequently asked questions in case something should come up.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a one-stop shop. One where you set-up, manage and pay all of your bills for FREE! So take comfort in knowing your bills are be paid on time, every time because you're in control.

How to use Bill Pay

Whether you use Online Banking or the UFirst App, you will always have the convenience of managing and paying your bills at your fingertips! 

Within Online Banking

  • Login to your account
  • Click the Pay Bills Tab
  • Click Enroll & Get Started
  • Add a Payee (You can select from a list of popular payees that our Bill Pay vendor is partnered with)
  • Enter your account number
  • Done! The Payee is added and you can choose when and how much to pay.

In the UFirst App

  • Login to your account
  • Tap Transfer & Pay
  • Manage and Pay your bills with just a tap

Credit Sense

Credit Sense is a free, comprehensive Credit Score program offered by UFirst FCU to help you stay on top of your credit. You get your latest credit score and report, an understanding of key factors that impact your score and practical tips on how to increase your score. Credit sense also monitors your credit report daily and informs you by email if there are any big changes detected such as: a new account being opened, change in address or employment, a delinquency has been reported or an inquiry has been made. Monitoring also helps users keep an eye out for identity theft.

Credit Sense is available in both our Online Banking and Mobile Banking App. Here's where to find it: 

Online Banking Access
  • Login to your Online Banking
  •  Scroll down to the bottom of the Accounts Page
  • Click Check Your Score
  • Follow the prompts to enroll
Mobile Banking App Access
  • Login to your account via the UFirst Mobile Banking App

   At the bottom, under Quick Links, click My Credit Score

  • Follow the prompts to enroll
  • You can also access by clicking the More Icon
