If you are unable to come and see us during normal business hours, there are secure, 24/7 night drop boxes available to you at our Plattsburgh Main and Rouses Point locations. Deposit boxes are checked Monday-Saturday by the UFirst team.

Live Chat 

Chat live with the UFirst team in a safe and secure online format. For UFirst members, live chat is accessible in online banking. If you do not have access to online banking or are not a UFirst member, you can still access the live chat from the UFirst website. Live chat is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

When logging in to online banking via desktop or mobile browser, click "Message" from the main navigation and select "compose message". You can then send us a secure message. Secure messages are checked Monday-Friday by the UFirst team.
