COVID-19 Update - 4/28/2020
There is no higher priority for our entire UFirst family than the health and safety of our members, staff, community partners, neighbors and friends. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak and its impact continue to evolve, be assured that UFirst FCU is financially sound and we remain here for you.
As an ongoing effort to protect our members and staff from unnecessary contact, we are now serving our members through our drive-thru at Plattsburgh Main.
All lending, member services and our other specialists continue to be available to you should you need assistance. Please carefully read the below information regarding the daily operations for each branch and how you can continue to communicate using social distancing. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this as a UFirst family!
We want to help limit the amount of contact for everyone; however, still continue to serve you with the same great service that you have become accustomed to. Please know that these closures are strictly to limit contact due to COVID-19. We are not closing our branches permanently. Here's how we're making it happen:
Plattsburgh Main (274 Rugar Street)- Updated 4/28/2020
Plattsburgh North & SUNY Plattsburgh - Closed until further notice
Rouses Point (72 Champlain Street) - Closed until further notice
Due to Cornerstone Drug & Gift restricting business to curbside service only, our Rouses Point branch is closed effective March 24th, as it will no longer be accessible. Our ATM remains and Drop Box remain available 24/7 at this location.
As always, our digital and mobile services continue to be fully operational and available to you 24/7 for convenient access to your accounts, paying bills, making a deposit and more. It’s all FREE! Online tutorials are available for each product.
Online/Mobile Banking - View history, transactions, pay bills, transfer funds, etc.
Mobile Deposit - Deposit a check using your mobile device. Mobile Deposit is available through the UFirst Mobile Banking app.
Bill Pay - Pay your bills all in one secure place and all within your control.
eStatements - View the past 13 months of your UFirst statements. You can even download them and save to your computer.

If you need to close on a loan in process, the Loan Officer working with you, will be in touch to arrange for eSignature.
If you are experiencing financial hardship due to closing of your employment or for other reasons relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be offering our members the option to skip their loan payment, free of charge. You may also contact our Payment Solutions Department or text 518.324.0637 to work out a payment arrangement.
