Lost or Stolen Cards

To report your debit cards lost or stolen:

During normal business hours, contact the UFirst VISA department at 518-324-5700 option 3.
For 24 hour member service, contact 800-472-3272.

To report your credit cards lost or stolen:

During normal business hours, contact the UFirst VISA department at 518-324-5700 option 3.
For 24 hour member service, contact 800-872-1712.

Compromises

If you feel that your card has been compromised or you have suspicious charges on your UFirst FCU VISA debit or credit card, please contact the UFirst FCU VISA department at 518-324-5700 option 3 or visa@ufirstfcu.net.


Electronic mail is not secure, and confidential or personal information should not be communicated in this manner.

In the event of a nationwide compromise or we are notified that your UFirst FCU VISA debit/credit card has been compromised, you will be contacted by a UFirst Member Service Representative or by our third-party agency. If you are contacted by our third-party agency to verify a transaction, they will provide you the information and ask for you to approve or deny the transaction. Beware of fraudulent companies who may ask for you to provide personal information over the phone. If you receive communication from a third party or even the credit union, please feel free to contact us directly at 518-324-5700 to verify that we tried to communicate with you.
